I had two jio fibre connection on my name ,one disconnected (1913500600) and one active(01913505600) .I wrongly recharged on old no instead of new no as nos were very much similar .I am asking to company for refund or transfer the amount on new no but they are not doing any of these .I am fed up with jio fibre .Kindly help .my mobile is +919596736944 and mail id anil.guptaf328@gmail.com.
