Text of Complaint by Rajnish Prajapati:

Dear sir , My name is Rajnish Prajapati and I trying to recharge my DAD’s phone using Paytm and the transaction is processed by jio@yes bank payment gateway but the money is deducted from my account and recharge don’t happen after some-words it say’s recharge failed and try again even money had deducted. So please kindly check my amount and refund my money . I am attaching the screenshot of my transaction reference.
