Text of Complaint by Hom Singh Baghel:

dear sir/ma’am , I am Hom Singh Baghel and I trying to recharge my wife phone using paytm and transaction is processed by jio@yes bank payment gateway and my money is deduct but recharge don’t happen. I tried call to support from both Paytm and jio customer care but no one can give any information about my money . I am attaching the screenshot of my transaction reference.
