Dear jio team ,I tired to recharge to my jio number through my jio app, The paynent was successful from my bank, the amount was deducted from my bank but recharge not done yet. Today is 17 june 2020 .I have transferred money through UPI from my jio app to jio@Citibank on 14 june 2020 .So please kindly refund my amount back. I am trying to talk your customers service executive but they dont have proper knowledge and even manners also. I just want my money back. On my account
