We are sorry to inform you that while going to recharge our mobile on 20.12.23 for Rs.666/- the transaction was failed but the amount was debited to my account. Later on, 21.12.23 we again tried to recharge for the same amount & get it done. But the first transaction made on 20.12.23 for Rs.666/- was not recredited to my account so far. Therefore, we request you to verify your records & arrange to repay the same at your earliest possible.
