I had done a mobile recharge to my wife Jio mobile number [9347634290] via Jio app through my mobile number [8982049233] on 07.04.2020 amounting 199 Rs.
Amount debited from my bank account but recharge not received on the number.
In this regard, I tried to call several times for help over 198/199/1991 but could not get any assistance. I need a recharge to be done on the number or the refund.
