My name kiran kumar.iam trying to recharge my jio number through paytm upi the amount deducted from account the recharge was not done.please refund my money

Dear Citibank team
I am Sunil Kumar saini and I am trying to recharge my jio plan but it doesn’t exit! By using paytm And transaction Is processed by your paytm gateway and money is deducted and My recharge is not happening in my sim card.
And I am sending my transaction screnshot for your preference.
