Respective sir/madam I am Sunil subhash Rajguru .I recharged my jio no 9359400424 by amount 185 Rs at 27/2/2020 7:49 am succesful and my account also deducted 185 Rs .when I called to any mobile no or want to use internet then it’s not used so I called to jio customer care no 198 from my alternative no 9518717034 and ask about my problem them first lady executive told me ,you haven’t recharge correctly then I demand to call transfer senior person then also he told same to me.
Then I requested him please give my recharge amount return or adjust it me to all in plan or I want call to everyone mobile and using internet data whatever will plan adjustable do for me in that my account 185 Rs but he and she said ,nothing it possible wherever whenever you want complain.
That’s why I requested to u Sir /,madam please give my recharge amount return or recharge my no 9359400424 With suitable amount to call and internet for 28 days.
