I made a jiophone recharge on a smartphone, I have done a 307 jiophone recharge, I have complained about it on customer care number , but the response is pathetic, I need my money back or transfer the recharge to a smart phone recharge ,This is truly inconvenient, I don’t agree with your policy ,that using same sim but cant transfer it a smartphone recharge, Stop making it so complicated for your users . I request u to make my refund as soon as possible
