Hello I have a jio number 6379510173. Now a days I can’t use my internet because of very slow speed under 40KB 20KB.
And some times i cant make a call due to network coverage issue.
this problem starts from 20/02/2022. People who call me always say that the call is not going to go.
No proper response from jio customer care excecutives while calling 198. Please give me a proper solution for use internet.
I was recharged my phone 2GB/Day plan for 84 days.i want compensation for 10 days that i cant use internet and services.
