I had purchased a International roaming pack while I had to travel outside of India, but the IR pack was not working because the partner network had moved to 5G network and my phone was not a 5G enabled. There was no mention of it. When I tried to reach customer service, they just disconnected and left chat more than 10 times, each time I had to explain it to them from the start. But after some attempts , found a IR team, who troubleshooted and told me to get a 5G phone, how can I get one during my travel. I requested for refund, they said I had usage, that was because they asked to use mobile data which caused that few rupees usages, but still I was not able to make or receive calls. I could find any escalation matrix and my prepaid time has elapsed and still it has rs.800 plus in account.

Now I reached india, here to my recharge for rs.100 talk time is not working to make or receive calls.

The jio has become automated with bots and AI, it really difficult to talk to anyone. Need the refund for services which was not provided.
