I’m using JIO prepaid SIM from past 3-4 years. From 18th March 2022 all the services were disconnected from this number. That number I was using from last 3-4 years or even more than that also. it was having valid recharge and validity as well. while checking with customer care they said that the number got disconnected from system due to some document missing/ incomplete information . after that they don’t have any information like what all things are missing or documents needed. there is no proper communication for this. They should have called or send sms or mail communicated over this issue. but without even letting the customer know they simply choose to disconnect the number.
That number was registered with some banks, Aadhaar card and other accounts as well. My 2.7 lacs have been stuck in Paytm because they need otp. not I am not able to operate any bank account online due to unavailability of OTP,
there has to be prior communication before taking such action. Due to there poor planning now customer has to suffer it. Please help me to reactivate my number. It was 7737702978
