The reason to Reach out to you is resolution, as i am very very disappointed with jio customer service.
We have 3 jio prepaid connection at my home,All the 3 connections are facing issue with Network,we have to come at our window to make/receive calls and to use Internet service(This is very irritating)
The worst part is that-I have done 6 complaints in last 5 months,1st complaint made on 29th May 2018 and the recent complaint on 8th Oct.2018. Everytime my complaint is closed without resolution.
The resolution I get is “WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR REQUEST AND IT MAY TAKE 120 – 180 DAYS”.
It’s very very shameful to asking the customer to wait almost for 180 days (6 months) for resolution.
The recent complaint is also closed with same reason and past complaints were closed stating Fake comment as issue resolved,however nothing have changed in my 6 complaints.
I am attaching all my complaint details.
Hoping for a quick resolution.
