sir mai jio postpaid ka 599 ka plan dekh ke order daale or jio member mere ghar par aakar activate kia or ab 706 ka with gst mujhe 599 ka pay karna hota hai. but ye bat jio ka kahi nhi bataya gya ki gst ke sath bill pay karna hoga or abhi hum kitna din se call karte h phir se prepaid bnane ke lie jio memer jo sim activate karne aaya tha usko or customer care ko or jio office me but koi mera help nahin kar rha h. jab bhi customer ko call karte h to bolte h (jio office jaiye jo ki 1 week me 4 din band rehta h or khula rhne par bhi mera kaam nhi karta hai.).
mera ye manana h sir ki jab in logo ko customer banana hota hai to ghar par aa kar sim card activate karta h or or jab humlog ko kuchh kaam hot a h usse related to bolte hai office me jaiye, ye kya baat hui
so i request you please help me.
appka jio office ka staff kehta h ki app airtel me mnp port krwa lijie to mera security deposit 749 ka kya hoga,applog aise kijiega customer ke sath to kaise chalega
