Hi, I was using Jio postpaid connection with mobile no 9611333200 and on 28th October 2021, it was migrated from postpaid to prepaid.
One and half months over but still I have not yet received last month statement/bill.
I wrote several emails to care@jio.com and every time there reply:
“We have already re-escalated the service request SR000017G6PC and it is still on process as team is working on it.
Once the bill is generated you will receive it on your registered email ID.”
From the last one and a half months, their technical team was working and not able to send the last month bill(5th Oct 2021 to 4th Nov 2021).
I need the bill because I need to submit the bill to my office.
But Jio is not showing any intention to send the bill to my email or in any other way.
This type of Irresponsibility will not expect from Jio.
Please help me to resolve this issue. If I will not get the bill then my company will not release the amount and I need to pay by my pocket.
