I gave a try for jio postpaid and took 2 connections. I paid 1000 as security deposit and some 200 towards prime and other miscellaneous charges.
I was also misinformed about the inclusions on jio postpaid.
After a few months of having jio postpaid connection, I felt postpaid is not for me and I switch back to prepaid.
Jio representatives promised the refund within 50 days and its been more than 6 months. I called multiple times to customer care and of no use.
They put the call on hold for hours and disconnect the call.
I email the complain and it was promised to be resolved by Aug 3 but its been a month and the promise has not been fulfilled.
I get a constant and same reply that there is been a delay and it will get resolved by next 24 to 48hrs.
