I bought a Jio Simcard on 15th Oct and my brother added me to a family plan that he activated on his own simcard. He had to change the plan for some reasons and eventually I and another family member were removed automatically from the plan. Eventually when we try to add ourselves to the plan, we are unable to do so. Secondly we are unable to activate a plan on our own simcards. For all the problems that we are facing all the customer care executives have a different solution ranging from registering a commission to random rules of their own. I think Jio is probably the worst service that was created in India. I Cannot port either from the network as I recently switched from prepaid to postpaid and they say I need to wait for 3 months.
