Using a postpaid number and have a child account setup done on 25-Jun-2022. Since then I share data weekly. Last share was on 22-Aug. While sharing data on 29-Aug, found out that child account number has been converted back to prepaid. Raised SR00001DIO5Q but no help. Customer support told me that they can’t help me and I will have to pay again to convert child account number to postpaid again. This is a total case of fraud.
