My jio post paid bill as on 21.08.2021 was Rs. 241.96 which was automatically deducted (Jio Auto Pay) on 04.09.2021.
But as per bill generated as on 21.09.2021, my total due was Rs. 712.78 which included the amount of last month’s bill which was already paid.
I contacted jio customer care on 23.09.2021 and registered my complaint. I was assured by the customer care executive that this might be due to technical error and for September,2021 only my current month due will be deducted. I had also sent an email regarding this and got same reply.
But on 05.10.2021 total Rs. 712.78 has been deducted (Jio Auto Pay).
And again on 21.10.2021 new bill generated and the amount is Rs. 1183.60.
It has been 2 months and the same problem continues without any resolution.
As this is not the service quality JIO actually provides, I request to resolve the matter immediately and refund the difference amount.
