Hlw sir my name is Supriya kumar singh i am from cuttack odisha
my no is 8093672256 my mail id is singhsupriyakumar105@gmail.com
i have an issue with jio postpaid i am using jio past 6 month then i am felling some issue with jio then i porting my no 8093672256 jio postpaid to airtel prepaid
when i port out my no i already pay in advance amount related to my Jio postpaid no
on march 25 2021
Today i got a call from jio that u have pending amount related to your jio postpaid no 8093672256
i told him that ok give me the due amount payment link i will pay my due amount
when i click on the link it shows 973 rupees
but my actual bill amount in every month is 472 rupees
when i say i pay in advance amount when i want porting they said we dont know that u have to pay the 973 rupees amount
my concern is when my monthly rental is 472 rupees & past 2 months i am not in jio
i used airtel the same no
i am not in your jio base Custmore how the amount have been increased tell me the answer they said we dont know u have to pay the amount
kindly help me
