This is to bring to your notice that without any information/consent a JIO Fiber pole has been erected alongside/adjacent to our compound in front of our Property at the junction where we are planning to have a main gate during construction. The distance between the Pole and Compound is less than half a feet.
The vacant land already has a transformer and other electrical junction box, MCB that eats up most of the parking space and now the pole near the entrance causes a lot of disturbance for free vehicular movement. Hence I request you to remove JIO Fiber Pole near my compound wall.
At the time of construction if the JIO Fiber Pole is damaged due to the ongoing construction work, then it is not my responsibility for the damage caused.
