Sir/madam, I’m shaik Tarun Pareek I’m done jio phone recharge 899 rupees on dt 13dec 2022via Paytm amount was debited and recharge is success but plan is not activated on related number, I’m complaint to Paytm thy can say recharge is successful plan activation process is not our’s contact to jio customer care. I will contact to jio customer care they can say the recharge was received but technical issues we can’t process you’re request, so we can refund you’re recharge amount in 30 days, I will agree but 40 days left i’am call 5 times after 38 days thy can say you will get back soon, same answer repeated in 5 times called. So I’m requesting you to please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
