I ordered Jio phone online for Rs 1999 with 2 year plan for myself (senior citizen 70+). The Jio representative who came home Subhanshu Morya (9118319001) gave the phone and only put 1 year plan ( which Jio sells for Rs 1499 ). I am not very internet savy, so when my son checked a few months later on the plan, i realized that the phone had only 1 year plan. Mr Morya pocked the Rs 500 difference for himself and costed me Rs 750 ( additional 1 year plan ).
