When I ported my BSNL number to Jio, have submitted all the proofs but unfortunately the person who working for jio has updated his mother address on my number. After few days when I see some other person name is displayed. When I contacting jio customer care and showroom no response on that. How come without my knowledge the address has been changed. Need support on this
