I purchased 2 jio phone worth INR-1500/each,this phone purchased for senior family members, but this phone spoil all our expectations about jio.hard Key pad,Very difficult to use, Screen auto shut down when the call in progress, charging take minimum 4hours time,if i press 5 or other number but diplayed other numbers, totally this phone disturb our communication right’s. Iwant immediate resolve about this issue.
