Jio has disconnected my number without any prior information or notice. The number was disconnected and the alleged reason was that payment was not made. However, the payment of the child number was made by a Primary Number under a JIO FAMILY PLAN. The other two numbers of the plan are still in use and working, and one number was disconnected without any update. I am not able to access any accounts, or anything at all as everything is linked to that particular phone number and I am in huge trouble because of the lack of information by the company. During a pandemic, I do not have any way to contact anyone in case there is an emergency, and Jio customer service is pathetic and not helping me out. It is very disappointing that the largest telecom group in the country treats its’ patrons like this, especially during a pandemic and refuses to help them out. Please help me out.
