jio fiber installation not done since 3 week in kasturi nagar Bangalore area . Sales person Karthik (8088912215) collected 1500 on 20th December,2020. I called more than 10 times on customer care number they just reschedule installation dates but no engineer visits nor calls regarding installation. What shall i do with only setup box and router when connection is not done.
No use of customer care 18008969999. Useless customer care officials and fraud company . Just take installation money and have useless staff with no knowledge and keep customer’s waiting for 1 week after payment.
If they cant install why did they take 1500 inr and give setup box and router and make customers fool.
Better give my refund and take away your router asap.
