Text of Complaint by Sujay Halder:

I have a JIO optic fiber connection no. is +913335560133 continuing from last one year. On 04-05-2022 I have make a complain due to not having the connection(id is SR00001ASE6X). After visiting the engineer the said that wire broken and the can’t provide the connection.

Reason : The DP box is just opposite of the road. So, they can’t cross the road. After that I told them why you have provided the connection in this way ? They don’t have the answer!

After continuing of 1 year suddenly they have decided not to provide the connection. One of them (executive ph no. 82400 09450) called me to withdraw the complain or surrender the connection. After 25-30 days apply for new connection with 7-8 different booking. Then you can continue.

I told them I am not going to withdraw the complain as well as not going to re-booking. I am going to make a complain at consumer forum against the company not for giving the service after detecting their own illegal operation (jio executive named Santosh Sharma (Barasat branch) confirm the term illegal operation which was done by his own team).

I am expecting you are going to take a good decision on this subject.
