As the only primary number I never forget to recharge. And suddenly it is permanently closed no pre-notice. The customer care executive told me that he cannot view any further information on his side and suggested I visit a near JIO Store. First in the morning today (4th July 2023), I visited my nearest Jio Store to rectify this issue. They checked my number and showed me a screen which said ‘No records found’. I am still in shock at how this is even possible. Having been a customer of JIO for so many years, one fine day my entire history has been wiped off.
There was absolutely no intimation whatsoever on phone/SMS/email before this happened. Looking for some help in this regards and how I can get my number back.
