I would like to say that I am a customer of Jio company and availing service in Rajasthan, my Jio number is 6377195267, which is being used by me for a long time. Whereas, I recharged my Jio number with 555/- Rs on 20 Dec 20, where the validity of this plan was 84 days, the UPI transaction ID and approval reference were 035513543732 & 1656915014. Nowadays my Jio number is not working and it is telling invalid number. Furthermore, I am living in stress due to not working on this Jio number without availing any service, this is deficiency in service after receiving money via recharge. Furthermore, Jio didn’t inform me before declaring the mobile number invalid. I also contacted Jio via email and customer care but not getting the main reason. So I request you, please inform Jio to resolve this problem.
