I am currently Stating in usa and my jio number was deactivated i was told that it will get activated when i visit india , i visited india and jio store in west bengal and they did not help me also told me you dont have to be in same state it can be activated from anywhere. As i had very limited time of stay there i went back to my home town in Uttar pradesh and tried there but there also they did jit help me i visited jio store in near by area of zip code 232328 . I submitted my document and got assurance that it will get activated but they did nit now i am back in usa and they are again asking me to visit india and in same state
How is that even possible for me and its so much time and money concern they have been so unprofessional and incompetent that it has ruined my vacation and my time and money plus mental torture
