Hi Jio,
I have tried to opt for Jio air fibre. The sales guy approached on 06/02/24. The sales guy promised air fiber would work and the same day Evening sales guy visited my home. I made a payment – 8481.84. The next day 7/2/24 installation engineer visited and confirmed unable to install the air fiber or normal fiber connection.
Because no hub is located close to my home. Without hub. Unable to connect. The sales guy cheated me with a fake promise. The installation engineer asked me to contact customer service to inform me of the issue and get a refund. Also, he confirmed not possible to install Jio air fibre. So pls refund back my money to my bank account ( HDFC).

Also, on 28/02/24 approach Jio centre. From them I have raised complaints and request for refund. Same day I got message.
“Dear Customer,
AirFiber Order No. NO0000WZ556X has been cancelled as it could not be processed due to technical reasons. We regret the inconvenience caused.
In case you have made any payment at the time of applying for the connection, it will be automatically refunded to the source account within 7 days post cancellation.
Regards,
Team AirFiber”
Still my money not refunded. Could you please help me get a refund.
