Hi, I had cancelled Jio Fiber installation on 17th feb 2024 and paid six months advance of around RS 5240. It was cancelled because Jio didn’t have permission to install their internet in the society. They told me I’ll get the refund in 7-8 days, but it’s been 23 days and the refund is still not processed.
Whenever I call them they say, you’ll get the refund in 24 hours, but it’s just plain lies. They are cheating people by asking for money before even checking if they can install the internet in the area or not.
Moreover, I called them for Jio Fiber and they made me pay the advance without even telling me that they don’t have fiber line in the area so they’ll install Air Fiber. I am tired of calling them and hearing the same 24 hours answer. I don’t know if I can expect to get the money back or not. It’s a shame that such big companies are looting people.
