I disconnected my jio fiber connection on 16th july 2021. But still waiting for the refund after more than 25 days. When i called first on the customer care, she told me to wait for 7 days. then 14 days and recently some guy told me to wait for 21 days. I told him it has been more than 21 days but he is not ready to listen. Pathetic service from jio. Worst than MTNL.
