I am a user of Jio Giga Fiber, few months back i changed my home, so disconnected connection. During this Jio took there device and connection got cancelled and told that my refund will process in 45-60 days. Its been more than 90 days now no, update no refund. after sending around 40 emails still they saying we are working on it. The customer care number was not working 1800-896-9999, to speak with support team, but they says number working in email, don’t know why i am able to connect to them. Can some one help me in closing this. The amount is 4500. and i have all proofs for which i paid and what they replied in emails.
