Sir.,

I & family member who are using Jio internet services is facing very poor intenet speed .

The cost for services is almost 400 /month for jio internet. But after complaint still no issue is resolved by jio .

Almost we have lost recharged and plan data every day in terms of money we are paying.

We need our recharge amount back for not to avail the services any more in recharged coupon or plan instead lost we had before.

I need my refund for data plan 2500 Rs against  poor compliance of services almost zero  which could be recordable in Jio history & can be analysed .
