- Here my name Bala and iam using jio network since from 3 years from 15 days the network poor signal for using internet and i also complained to coustmer care since 3 to 4 times every time when i am calling they will say sir ur complaint will be forwarded to technical department they will analyze ur problem very soon but still now didn’t get any improvement in network so kindly my request is i just recharged my 249rs per month under the given daily unlimited calls and 2gb data but due to poor internet connection iam not able to using 500 mb also in daily and they are stealing public money like anything of course 249 is just a small matter but just jio coustmer user are half our population in our country using this network.
