Respected mam/sir,
I have been complaining about very slow net in my area sice 10 days. Each time I call they say that your living in a area where number of jio users have become more so you are facing this “temporary issue” it will be cleared with in 3 hours. But it had been 10 days and I am using the same network in three mobiles and my whole locality of “Balaji nagar” is facing the same problem. I am missing my online classes from 10 days. The issue is from there side but they are not even trying to resolve it. We have paid 3 months subscription and yet denied of the services.
Hope you understand this problem because “I am not only the one who is suffering from this problem but my entire locality .”
I request you to look into this issue and provide us justice at the earliest.
