DEAR SIR / MADAM ,
I AM USING YOUR SERVICE SINCE LAST 2 YEARS.
I AM COMPLAINING MANY TIMES WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT THERE IS NO SOLUTION BEHIND THESE COMPLAINTS. I AM FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM WITH INTERNET & CALLING FACILITY. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAMS ARE NOT GAVE THE SATISFACTORY COMMENT AND ANY SOLUTION. PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS EARLIEST POSSIBLE .
TILL DATE THEIR IS NO IMPROVEMENT. TILL DATE NO RESPONSE .

no quality improvement till . Very poor customer care .
