complaint for Internet speed issue
Internet speed gradually reducing day by day. Even it does not feel that we use the 4g network. Internet speed is very slow hardly it reaches 2mbps and this happens only in the middle of the day. From 6am to 10 am internet speed never crosses higher than 20kbps this problem can also be seen at the evening time from 7 pm to 12 pm. We hardly can use jio Internet more than 15 hours. Call drop issues are also there. We had complained so many times in the jio service centre, they assured me many times that they will fix the problem but they never did this. So i lost my hope on them, now I’m fully depending on consumers forum. Please do something. Hope consumers forum won’t disappoint us.. ❤️
