Dear Sir,
Good Evening. My Name is Dakshina Murthy and i am regularly using jio number. Today Morning i Prefered Plan with Rs.149/- every month. but OTP is not receiving and again resend OTP option then OTP received. After submission of OTP Rs.2599/- Recharge came and deducted the amount of Rs.2599 in my account. But I choose the Plan for Rs.149/- only. If you need, you can check my account also. So it is completely your authority default only.So we request you please kindly either cancel the transaction and refund to my account or Deduct Rs.149/- and balance the amount retransfer to my account.Choice is yours Sir. It is very difficult to manage also. Otherwise we can approach TRAI against your authority for resolve purposes.
