Jio network outage in Mawrong, Meghalaya 793105 for over a week. Not getting any response via email except canned emails asking me to register. Last outage a few months agolago, for two whole months. This is deficiency of service at its worst. Moreover, every little power outage is inevitably followed by a network outage after a few hours. Can’t you guys invest in a decent power backup system? When will network be restored? Why don’t u have a proper escalation channel for reporting network outages by the public?
