I have raised a service request for unavailability of jio network(red blinking issue) on Dec 8th 2021. Till now it is not resolved. Whenever contacted the Jio customer care on every single day they apologize, escalate and advice me patience but no internet till this time.
I reached out to a local Jio service engineer and he told they did not receive any service request.
Then what was the customer care executive blabbering all this time. I could see that the service request is still open in MyJio.
I am a working from home IT professional and this negligence from the Jio team has caused immense mental and financial instability. At one point I had to take off for 2 days. This whole act from Jio Fiber network as a service provider is not acceptable and owes to refund the amount for the entire month.
