I moved from Vodafone to jio on 15/03/2019, I got a message on 21/03/19 about approval and I lost the signals from Vodafone, till that I do not have signals from jio it is showing as no service
I walked in to the store about the problem 4 times in Kukatpally Telangana
support team is very rude they advised me to call the customer support
i call the customer care more then
10 times, I requested them put me back to Vodafone, but they are helpless with that also
this is primary number and not able to pay any bills because of otp issues
i did a terrible mistake moving from Vodafone to jio
