this is to inform you that i m facing lots of network issue at my area kaseli toll naka. Voice call as well as well internet.. I have raise this issue with jio customer support team but they says that my area network is good..
Where as the same is working slow. I have been contacted 2 time yesterday and today and asked to raise complaint for the same. But they said that system not allow to raise request.
What is the use of such system which is not able to resolve customer queries. I want my issue to b resolve. They aren’t able to work on it . Hence raise complaint to you. Please look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.
