Good morning sir/ mam,
I am currently living in Santoshi Vihar , Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Jio network in this area is not working since last week. We are unable to make calls and connect to the internet properly which is creating a great problem for us. We have contacted the jio customer service but they have not helped us properly with this. We thought that jio will resolve this issue but its lnot happening. Thats why I am filling a complaint against the jio service. We are not getting the service for which we have recharged our numbers.
