I am not getting network properly I have called and raised a complaint one month before 20.3.19 . And customer service said that we r trying to fix problems in urban area there is no coverage .
They said within a week it will be fixed or it will be fixed in future. They just said sorry . I am in Chennai mylapore my no 9344149906 . I have paid 580rs with prime membership. No use very poor network customer support.
I can’t able to call . I’m in heart of the city 2no floor.but they r saying that I am in out of area coverage really jio is waste nowadays I lost my money in spending for jio .
