In My Place, since 4 years, JIO network coverage has been very bad. I tried my best to give Written complaints to the nearest Jio office (Tiruchengode), but since two years they have been started by the backend team working on it, which we will fix shortly, but still, no solution or workaround has been provided by the JIO service team. Even though I raised complaints more than five times on the CPGRAM website as well, there was no proper solution from JIO’s service end.
The download speed is 0. to 0.6 Mbps.
The upload speed is 0 to 0.2 Mbps.
I hope this complaint will fix My Place’s JIO coverage issue.
