As i requsted 1 year before that in my area there is weak network .when i talked to customer care they are saying it should be corrected. But there is nothing happened and still the same. Its clear cheeting. If complaint registered when it should be solved and what is the maximum time required to solve a complaint. Pls mention the time period.
