Jio network stopped the calls incoming and outgoing calls from 21-05-2019 evening 6 pm onwards..with out intimation to the customers…this is very bad situation to me..why because I reqularly contact with my mother but today due to this problem I’m unable to speak with my Mom..she was afraid of something wrong because she didn’t get phone call from her son…??
So we are requesting to the respective authorities tato please take corrective action as per TRAI …. It’s not a simple issue… it’s a serious issue consider this complaint as public issue instead of per@pers issue…
